Welcome to the new "KiTCHEN MuSIC" cooking-and-music video series by Roberto Mighty

This new, limited-edition video series features Roberto's authentic homemade dishes. Roberto likes to play guitar, sing and whistle while he cooks. He comes by this honestly. His Mom used to sing and whistle in the kitchen when he was a boy.

Roberto is not a chef. But he loves to cook and has produced gourmet food and wine TV shows (Todd English, Ming Tsai, Jacques Pepin, etc.) for years. He learned a lot while working with these masters, and in his video series he passes along many of those tips to you. Season 2 will feature Roberto with special guests in his kitchen: musicians who like to cook and chefs who like to play.
