1. Boston Scientific: Collective Intelligence and Less Invasive Surgery DVD's. Celestial filmed John Abele, Boston Scientific Founding Chairman, giving a remote interview for Group Systems' "Expediting Innovation 2007," a conference dedicated to making 'collective intelligence' a reality in commercial, governmental and nonprofit organizations.

Using a simple telephone connection, Celestial Producer Roberto Mighty and Camera Operator Christopher Mehl (left) digitally videotaped Mr. Abele in Massachusetts as he was interviewed in real time from Colorado by Luis Solis, Group Systems CEO.

Subsequently, the digital video, together with scanned images and PowerPoint slides, was remotely edited by Mr. Abele (in Vermont) and Roberto (at the Celestial Studio in Massachusetts) using digital downloads and CD-ROM's. The master program was ported to DVD and CD-ROM using MPEG-2, Quicktime and Windows Media Player compression for universal playback compatibility and final delivery.

In a separate session, Mr. Abele was also filmed making a dedication for the Kinki University School of Medicine on the history of Boston Scientific's early innovations with PCTA (Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty.) This speech, also filmed in Massachusetts, was edited and conformed at the Celestial Studio for multiple platform delivery and playback in Japan.

3) McGill University & Harvard Universities: Science Press Online Videos. Celestial Media was retained to videotape and produce a series of online videos for science journalists on the "Milk, Hormones and Human Health" conference this Fall.

Controversies surrounding milk consumption and health were highlighted in this unique three-day conference, held at the Harvard Club in Boston, Massachusetts.

The multidisciplinary event brought together dairy scientists, epidemiologists, analytic chemists, geneticists, physicians, and physiologists in an effort to integrate the evidence underlying claims of health benefits or health risks associated with milk consumption. Proceedings of the workshop, organized by the McGill University Cancer Prevention Centre and the Harvard Center for Cancer Prevention, will be published.  For more information, please go to www.milksymposium.org.

5) Walter Beasley Performance Workshop: DVD/YouTube Clips/Digital Download. Celestial Media filmed a jazz performance/lecture at the Berklee College of Music by award-winning saxophonist and Professor Walter Beasley and his four-piece jazz ensemble. This project, the second major collaboration between Walter Beasley and Celestial Media, involved shooting and repurposing the original concert footage for multi-platform New Media delivery, including animated graphics, music editing, video editing, compression and formatting for home DVD; E-commerce Digital Download; and YouTube marketing clips. In addition, Telarc Records' Heads Up International label hired Celestial to film Beasley performance clips on the Celestial Soundstage for Beasley's electronic presskit. Walter Beasley's Performance Workshop is currently available at www.walterbeasley.com, along with "Walter Beasley's Circular Breathing," the first program produced for him by Celestial Media.
