1. Milwaukee: The Argosy Foundation's (New Media) Journey
Task: Shoot Video interviews. Produce web video, DVD's, CD-ROM's, Audio CD's.
The Argosy Foundation chose Celestial Media to create, develop and produce their first New Media Package. John Abele (#1, pictured above,) Founder of Boston Scientific and The Argosy Foundation, and Jeff Snell, Chief Operating Officer of The Argosy Foundation, worked directly with Celestial's Founder Roberto Mighty to develop a comprehensive external outreach and internal communications package consisting of original videos; a streaming video website; video DVD's; computer CD-ROM's; and audio spoken word CD's. 2. New Jersey: Pharmaceutical Video
Task: Direct Talent on Camera.
Wellfleet based Professional Resources Group brought Roberto to a pharmaceutical giant's New Jersey facility to Direct their educational program Welcome Video intro. (Lilli-Ann Green, Sr. VP of PRG, is #2, pictured above.) This marks PRG's second project with Celestial.

3. Washington: Expert Pod-tificating
Task: Advise Publishers on their New Media Options.
The Audio Publisher's Association invited Celestial's Founder Roberto Mighty to be on their expert panel at Book Expo America in Washington DC. Roberto (pictured below) spoke about how Publishers really need to be using New Media if they want to reach more consumers. His talk, in plain English, covered web streaming video, podcasting, DVD's, audio Mp3 downloads, etc. Following the presentation, the Association has asked Roberto to write a regular column about New Media for their newsletter. 4. California: Meetings - Medical Education in San Francisco
Task: Videotape live Powerpoint presentations. Conversion to Web Streaming.
Philadelphia-based Emedtrain, Inc., premier producers of Continuing Medical Education programming, retained Celestial (again) to capture the American College of Phebology annual meeting in San Francisco. (Dr. Richard Jay, Emedtrain Founder, is #4, pictured above) Speaker videos were synchronized with their powerpoint presentations and placed on the web for physician individualized online learning.

5. Worcester: Arts - Annual Cultural Festival
Task: Video capture of cultural event. Conversion to DVD.
Gloria Hall, Director of the Henry Lee Willis Center's Cultural Institute, chose Celestial Media to film Worcester's annual African-American Festival, which has become a must-see event for families of every description. (Hip-Hop dance troupe "The Floorlords" are #5, pictured above) Over several days, we followed dancers, singers, storytellers and visual artists who delivered breathtaking performances in various venues, including famed Mechanic's Hall, the Public Library, and Assumption College. Celestial created a fundraising DVD for current and potential underwriters and sponsors, who this year include Banknorth, Bank of America and the Golub Foundation.

6. Boston: Meetings - "Helping" Hands On Network
Task: Video capture of speeches and workshops. Conversion to DVD.
Bernadette Smith of It's About Time Events contacted Celestial Media. The Assignment: videotape and make a DVD of the annual Hands On Network Leadership Conference at the Harvard Club, the Hynes Auditorium, the Sheraton Boston and The Lyons Group's Back Bay King's Bowling Alley. (Keitha Blackburn, HON Special Events Manager, is #6 above) Sessions and events were back-to-back over a few days, requiring split-second timing from camerapersons, onsite A/V personnel and facilities managers. All in a week's work. Camera Operators: Brian Galford and Brian Henderson.

7. Feature Film: "KolorGirlz" Laugh. Or cry. Or both.
Writer/Director Roberto Mighty is making an original documentary about seven women comedians of color from across the USA. 'KolorGirlz,' a theatrical documentary (Comedian Esther Ku is #7, pictured above), is Roberto's first feature-length film. He is honored to have received fiscal sponsorship from the prestigious Independent Feature Project in NYC. One year into the production, Roberto finds himself behind his camera, stalking -- er, shadowing his subjects and their loved ones around the country as they try to make it in the bizarre underground world of standup comedy.
